YOUR TASKS
- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the existing work preparation team
- Definition,development and improvement of work preparation processes
- Securing of the smooth flow in the production through close exchange with the interface partners (purchasing, production, technology, sales)
- Close Cooperation in “Make or Buy” decisions with the purchasing department
- Elaboration of work plans for the production
YOUR PROFIL
- Completed training in the field of metal processing
- Relevant professional experience in Work preparation or production planning
- Experience as Team Leader
- Entrepreneurial thinking thinking outside the box
- Stress resistance, IT affinity, process-oriented thinking and initiative
- Experience in working with ERP systems
- Good English skills
