Team leader service technology with technical education (m/f/d) 

YOUR TASKS

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team 
• Ongoing work instruction and briefing of the team members 
• Active participation in the planning and coordination of service assignments 
• Personnel and workflow planning of the assigned team 
• Management of department-specific working documents  
• Ensuring that service calls are made to our customers on schedule and in accordance with quality standards 
• Ongoing optimization of cross-departmentalprocesses and projects 
• Responsibility for training / educating new service technicians as part of the team. 
• Responsibility for the training / education of defined external service partners 
• Interface between service technicians, customers and production with regard to service calls 

YOUR PROFIL

• Completed technical training ideally with a focus on metal or electrical engineering 
• Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable 
• Independent, accurate and precise work 
• Communication skills and team-oriented cooperation across departmental boundaries and locations (international) 
• German and/or English language skills, both written and spoken  
• Quick perception, initiative, creativity and ability to work under pressure 
• Good computer skills 
• Driving license class B and own vehicle desirable
