Service support engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
- Independent assumption of responsibility for 2nd level support as well as partial 1st level support
- Independently troubleshoot issues together with on-site personnel (customer/company employees) using remote maintenance tools and common communication methods (e.g., phone, teams, etc.)
- Consulting function in technical matters (e.g. crane drives-frequency converters, control systems-SPS, etc.)
- Occasional training of our customers (operation of the crane systems, maintenance staff training electrical)
- Documentation of support activities, data backup and archiving of plant data
- Possibly support in 2-shift operation
YOUR PROFIL
- Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable training
- Proactive, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Communication skills and team-oriented cooperation across departmental boundaries and locations (international)
- Flexibility and reliability
- Professional experience in a comparable position or in the commissioning of automated machines desirable
- Routine in handling common IT systems (MS-Windows, MS-Office, ERP knowledge advantageous, Siemens S7 TIA Portal)
- High technical affinity in the field of automation and drive technology
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German (knowledge of English an advantage)
- Class B driving license
