Head of Quality Management (M/W/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Ensuring compliance with the quality standard according to ISO 9001
• Development and continuous improvement of product quality, throughout the product development process.
• Execution of error analyses as well as the derivation of measures for the improvement of the product quality
• Establishment of a key performance indicator system for monitoring the QM system
• Close cooperation and coordination with the specialist departments
• Employee management (quality assurance area)
• Creation of specifications for quality assurance (e.g. test plans)

YOUR PROFIL

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH, UNI) or comparable training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Ideally cross-divisional know-how in technical quality management with corresponding methodological competence (FMEA, PDCA,…)
• Ideally QM training (Quality Austria, TÜV,…)
• First management experience an advantage
• Good computer skills (especially MS-Office)
• Independent, accurate and precise work
• Communication skills and reliability with leadership qualities
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
