Apprentice trainer: Electrical engineering (M/W/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Training of apprentices in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology
• Imparting theoretical knowledge and practical skills according to the occupational profile of electrical engineering
• Training planning, documentation and assessment
• Theoretical instruction and performance of learning objective tests
• Participation in the final apprenticeship examination as well as conducting technical discussions
• Participation in promotional events in schools and fairs
• Assistance in the selection of new apprentices
• Close cooperation with the internal specialist departments
• Production of standard parts and standard assemblies with the apprentices
• Developing new training modules
• Active participation in the manufacture of our products
• Ensuring employee protection and compliance with all safety regulations Fulfilling the role model function vis-à-vis young people and employees
• Accompaniment and support of apprentices during work in electrical production (from completion to commissioning)

YOUR PROFIL

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering with several years of professional experience
• Pedagogical experience in dealing with young people desirable
• Willingness for further development and training
• Enjoy passing on knowledge and skills
• Careful and conscientious way of working and reliability
• Communication skills and team-oriented cooperation
• Independent, precise and autonomous work, structured approach
• Good MS Office and computer skills
• Flexibility – willingness to work overtime depending on deadlines
• Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German (knowledge of English an advantage)
